Q: When should I book the booth?
Most of our clients book us 2-6 months or even a year in advance but we understand with event planning things can be pushed back. If we have the date available we will book you no mater how short the notice. We have booked same day events before in emergency situations such as another company didn't show up.
Q: What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We utilize unique production systems to make each of our photobooths shine at your event! Have your booth set to the colors of your choice to attract guests to join in on the fun! If you are looking for more than just photo booths, ask us about our DJ services and more. We are a family-run full time business and take pride in providing superior service for our clients.
Q: What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Coming from an event services and DJ background, our founders wanted to expand the photobooth idea into a more vibrant and creative setting. We then designed a system that would transform the normal photo booth into a flashing attraction at any event. There are a few different options; Closed Photo Booth Style, Open Air Booth Style, and our Deluxe Package which features more lighting & a deluxe memory book.
Q: What do you love most about your job?
Definitely having fun with our guests at the booth & making people laugh! Seeing people happy at every event is definitely a plus, it definitely doesn't feel like work! It's a great feeling when our clients are satisfied with the booth :)

Q: Are you insured?
Yes, our company is a fully insured PA LLC with an office located in the Lehigh Valley area. We also can send certificates of additionally insured to your venue if they require it for vendors.
Q: Are you cleared to work with schools & youth groups?
Yes, our staff has clearances to work with schools, youth groups, & the like.
Q: Can you create a customized print out design for my event?
Yes!! All event print outs & welcome screens are custom designed to go with the theme, decor, and color(s) of your event & venue! Some clients send us their invite card to base their design off of or send us some pintrest ideas!
Q: I've found other photo booths cheaper, what gives!?
We always say: we're not the cheapest but we're also not the most expensive. We're a FULL TIME business that focuses on our client satisfaction, service quality, and guest experience, not a part time weekend warrior like some ot the other guys. Our printers & media are pro grade that while most other companies use low quality webcams, slow printers, and you are limited to print out copies. Our staff spends hours before and after each event prepping, testing equipment, and designing your photo booth graphics. All booths are truly unlimited prints! All events ALWAYS have backup equipment in case of errors or malfunctions. Book us and experience the difference!
Q: I want to book with your company! What are the next steps?
First please reach out to us via phone or email and confirm we have your date open! If we do, we'll send you over a contract with all the details, payment info, and your info. Simple e-Sign the contract, send retainer, & we're all set! We require a 50% retainer to book an event. We email a sample print out the week of your event to approve. On the day of the event, we show up early to setup your photo booth and coordinate with your event planner.
